Siliperl

Siliperl® is a with silicones impregnated insulation material (hydroforbed) based on Perlite. Perlite is an environmental friendly insulation material of granules of mineral origin. Perlite,
an expanded volcanic rock, will be impregnated by silicones under controlled circumstances. Because of the necessary retaining wall properties of cavity walls, a selected fine gradation of granules will be used. The final product called Siliperl®, ready for use will be delivered in 100 liter PE bags(approx. 8 kg.)

Siliperl® is specially developed for insulating new and existing cavity walls. New cavity walls can be filled directly from the 100 liter bags. For existing cavity walls you need special air
compressors. These compressors can also be used for new construction projects. Material properties and the filling technique will lead to a seamless filling through a minimum number of filling openings.

Applications of Siliperl®
In new construction buildings and in existing buildings for:

  • a better living comfort.
  • a lower cost of energy.
