Vibration dampers prevent vibrations being transmitted through the whole structure and creating noise. Installing spring elements in the structure substantially decreases the vibration transference from one part to another. Full insulation is not possible because vibrations are always transferred from one part to another in other ways. The type, shape, hardness and material of the vibration damper can vary, depending on the situation.
Applications of vibration dampers
The product is mainly used in machines and equipment with moving parts that rotate and make backwards and forwards movements. For example: engines, cogeneration, compressors, turbines, generators, pumps and ventilators.
