Elastomer 3.0 is a commonly used product in the shipbuilding industry, for example, where it is used to disconnect parts. Elastomer regains its original form after an external load is removed. Elastomer type 3.0 has a green open/closed cell structure of polyurethane foam. When Elastomer is applied under a finishing floor or between the vertical wall and the finishing floor, the transfer of vibrations from the underground or wall to the finishing floor will be reduced. Thanks to this product, the finishing floor will radiate less sound. The drawings below visualise this.
