Phonkiller counter plate
The combination of the Phonkiller counter plate with a Phonkiller sound-absorbing compound is used worldwide to reduce structural noise. Phonkiller counter plate is available in two different versions. One option is to glue small steel/aluminium tiles into the sound-absorbing compound. Alternatively, large perforated sheets can also be used. The perforation prevents air bubbles becoming trapped. Perforated sheets are also used as a cover for glass wool or rock wool sheets or simply as decoration.
Applications of Phonkiller counter plate
This product is mostly applied in the yachtbuilding, shipbuilding and bodywork building industries, as well as for partitions, walls, housings, ceilings and many other applications.
Using Phonkiller counter plate
The plate must be clean, dry, fat-free, corrosion-free and dust-free to achieve good adhesion between the Phonkiller compound and the counter plate.

Product specifications of Phonkiller counter plate
The quality of the aluminium that is used for the counter plate as well as for the perforated sheet is EN AW – 5754 H12/H22. The galvanized Sendzimir steel is of DX51D+z275 quality.
