Pull B.V. is a company that operates on many markets yet never loses sight of the high quality and specific custom solutions for each product group. This is thanks in part to the many possible applications of our core business raw materials (Perlite and Vermiculite) and our expertise. In addition to the insulation industry, we provide the horticultural industry with substrate products.
- Thermal insulation
Thermal insulation is used to prevent heat loss, for process control, for frost protection and for touch protection. Insulation can be used at extremely high and extremely low temperatures. Thermal insulation is divided into two groups: Perlite and Vermiculite grains. The various mortars and the Vermiculite plates/pieces (Pumica) also belong to this group.
Pull’s fire-resistant materials can be divided into three main categories: fire-resistant pieces/plates of Pumica, fire-resistant spray plaster Pullseal and fire-resistant Empe glue.
- Horticultural products
Agra-perlite
Agra-perlite is an environmentally-friendly product with a rough surface and an open structure. As a result the grains contain a lot of air and absorb a lot of water. Agra-perlite as an additive in potting soil greatly reduces shrinkage. Adding Agra-perlite to potting soils considerably increases the amount of air. Agra-perlite is RHP/ECAS certified.
Perlite substrate
Perlite substrate is a specially selected grain fraction based on Agra-perlite. This selection of grains results in a cultivation product with an ideal water/air ratio that benefits the root development of plants. Perlite substrate is suitable for the cultivation of vegetables as well as cut flowers.
Agra-vermiculite
Vermiculite has a harmonica-like structure that contains many air bubbles. Agra-vermiculite is also an environmentally-friendly product and in addition to its large air capacity it also has very good water absorption. Agra-vermiculite is an excellent propagation medium for bulbs. It can also be successfully added to potting soils, soil for cuttings, sowing soils and plugs. Using Agra-vermiculite as a renowned covering for seeds is the ideal way to have it do its job as sowing medium.
